As I was gaining experience as a designer, I decided to change jobs because I wanted to see how different production companies work and work with people who have different ways of working than me.
After selecting several companies, the last one I had an interview with was GIG. I was interested in the company because it was started by Mr. Iwakami, who I had known for a long time, but since I had already received a job offer from another Phone Number List company, at first I thought, ``I guess I'll just accept it...'' (lol). However, as I read employee interviews and event reports on blogs, I became excited and realized that it seemed like a young and interesting company, which ultimately became the deciding factor for me to join the company.
There are more employees than at my previous job, and I was worried that there would be many people who wouldn't get along well with each other, but at GIG, everyone is kind and loves making things. I remember feeling a gap in a good way. - As a designer, I help clients launch and renew their sites based on their concerns and requests. Although I am a designer, I do not only work with my hands, but I also begin by understanding the client's business, researching competitive sites, and thinking about the direction of the design based on the requirements definition document created by the director.
